Once you become an approved Career Broker, you will be granted a username
and password which will provide secure access to all of TSE's recruitment
resources.
Who owns the candidates and clients of The Staffing Exchange?
You do! As long as you are with TSE, you retain ownership of all your
clients and candidates.
What obligations must be met while I am a Career Broker at TSE?
It’s simple:
- Comply with the policies and procedures of the Exchange
- Maintain the highest degree of professionalism and ethics
Who sets the fees and guarantees?
You do! We provide guidelines. We’re here to help you make more placements.
Why is there such an extensive screening process to join TSE?
We want to bring together the best of the best. Only experienced full cycle
recruiters are granted entry to the Exchange. This is to ensure the highest
degree of standards and excellence in the exchange.
Is there a minimum level of production that must be met each month?
No. However if there is a consistent pattern of low billings we will see how
we can get you back on track.
Do I have to sign a non-compete agreement?
Absolutely. It is necessary to protect ALL of the Career Brokers in the
system.
